The MIY MakerSpace Fablab Schoenberg announces you our next open house is organized for the 6th and 7th of July 2019. Come and share your passion, experiences in the field. We will meet at the MIY MakerSpace workshop around the subject of technology.
What is a Fablab?
Our collaborative workshop MIY (Make it yourself = make yourself) MakerSpace and a fablab spell. If you are not familiar with the word, a Makerspace (sometimes called a Hackerspace, fablab or maker shop) is often associated with areas such as engineering, computer science, and graphic design. . The concept emerges from the technology-driven « coffee culture » that drives small manufacturers, as well as small businesses. This idea of renting a collaborative space for inventors and amateurs directly promotes education and the combination of laboratory – boutique – conference room and forms an interesting infrastructure for learning through practical exploration.
