The person or coaching team works on the basis of concrete professional situations. By relying on her personal resources and with the help of the coach, she gradually moves towards the desired goals and the resolution of her problem.<\/p>\n<p>Each meeting lasts 1 to 2 hours and ends with an assessment of prior learning. Coming from systems and performance management (among others), we owe the very term &#8220;coaching&#8221; to John Whitmore (1937-2017), who, after a career as a racing driver, trained as a psychologist. It is to him that we owe the notion of &#8220;Performance Coaching&#8221;. A few years later, Vincent Lenhardt was the first in France to offer coaching training within his college (1988).<\/p>\n<p>We offer coaching sessions in the field of technology and invention within our MakerSpace.
