What you can expect during this course

: Welding training is highly prized simply because of the complexity of using such a device. The aim is to weld steels, stainless steels and aluminium using the MAG and pulsed MIG – TIG processes. The course is essentially practice-based and allows for individualized follow-up based on the welding activities of the participants.

This course is intended for beginners or people wishing to improve their skills, working in various fields such as bodywork, locksmithing, metal construction, agricultural mechanics, civil engineering mechanics, mechanical welding. After this training, you will be able to make full use of our welding machine for your assembly and construction projects.

Goals: The goal is to understand the different welding processes. After a brief theoretical training, you will understand which of these processes is the most suitable for a selected material. The practical step is to set up the high-quality welding machine provided. Throughout the training, safety standards will be applied

About the equipment used in this course

Because it’s simple to use and efficient mig welding is generally used for heavy duty projects and heavy-duty work where a major repair is needed. Mig welding as compared to tig welding is quite a bit faster and a lot easier to learn for the beginner. The welds also don’t need that much cleaning and finishing at the end when you finish your welding. The joint stays firm and strong if the process is done correctly and the user is well practiced and can control his welds.

Software and support: this is a manual machine there is no software involved.
Options: once you make your conception, we can supply you with the bars at wholesale price so you can build your project and take it home with you

Our advice

Although working with aluminum is quite clean you might want to bring some old clothing because the workplace is dirty and can have dust everywhere. Gloves and safety equipment will be supplied to you on site. If you have any prerequisites or an idea of a project that you want to build it’d be a good idea to let us know before you come so we can order the pieces and have them in stock when you’re here for the course.
